Personalise your spaces!

We've made some practical enhancements to our Spaces menu in the navigation panel - offering both some personalization and configuration options:

Oftentimes, members will work in different spaces - some spaces are more important to them, than others. With our latest improvement, members can now apply their personal preferences to the list of spaces:

- Change the order of the spaces in any order you like. Simply pick a space and drag it to the position you want it to be in. Cohero will store your personal preferences, and leaves the list unaffected for other members

- Pin one (or multiple) space(s) to the top of the list, if you use it the most. You can always unpin them later. Cohero will store these as your personal preferences too, leaving the list unaffected for other members.

- To unclutter the list of spaces, members can now spaces they don't need to see. Hidden spaces will move to a list at the bottom - and are easy to restore later on. Hiding spaces helps to shorten the list for easy overview. This too is a personal preference that Cohero remembers for you, but doesn't affect how others see the spaces

By default, spaces all have the light gray avatar, with the first letter of the space name. If you want to spice things up, members (with manage permissions to that space) can now customize the space avatar. Either by picking a different color from the color palette, or by uploading an image as their new avatar. Remember, avatars are a common setting of a space: other members will see it too.
