Guest user - Assign/mention even while they are PENDING
considered for backlog

A guest user receives their invite email - but at that point there is nothing for them to do, other than activate their account - as no task has been sent.
You can't send them a task until their account has be activated.
This is not clear. the guest user expects to go from the first email to see what action awaits them. Not activate then wait.
Can we look at a 'one and done' approach, but as a minimum add some content to the email to make it clear.

Interesting observation:
True, when one invites a Guest user who is not yet a member to your workspace - you'll need to wait for that person to register his account (if not a Cohero user yet), or confirm his participation to the workspace, before you can assign work to them. Because you can only assign / mention members, when they're an active member to a workspace.
FYI: I've nuanced the title of the suggestion, to reflect the desired improvement better
That said, when a Guest user is onboarded - this problem no longer occurs. You'll be able to assign tasks / mention him in comments, or invite him to approvals without any obstacle.

Bram Timmers Yeah Laura and I spotted in testing that the journey is much better for a guest second time they are used.
