Project archival date
considered for backlog

In line with Cohero's philosophy, projects serve a temporary purpose: to create assets (or new versions of assets).
When that work is done, the purpose of the project is completed.
However, there's no incentive (or reminder) to clean up old projects - leading to a cluttering of legacy projects in Spaces.
Suggestion:
Let's introduce an archive date on which the project automatically is removed, along with the attachments and chat history that belongs to it.
Prior to that archive date, the project manager can be notified that his/her project is scheduled to be archived by date X.
Could be part of 'general project info' ?

Cohero does not (yet) offer a true archival function. In the meantime, we want users to have a way to 'clean up' their spaces, without having to REMOVE old projects (after all, they contain some value still in the shape of attachments, conversations and so forth). That's why we're introducing the ability to mark projects as 'open' and 'closed'
