When an approval request is assigned to a team, then any member of that team is enabled to approve or reject it.

When that happens, we currently do not show which member it was that approved it. This poses a challenge to the ability to respond (on a personal level) to the approver, let alone the ability to understand whom it was.

Proposed enhancement:

_ Reflect the invited team (because that has not changed)

_ In addition, reflect the individual member who actually completed the approval. Perhaps through a tooltip on hover?
