Resending approvals - required date stays same as initial send

Ideally this date needs to reset again - giving the SLA (as opposed to showing as a date int he past). Or with the ability to change the date. Sometimes we want to give people longer - but no ability to change date.

But also issues with resends.

This is also causing issues with audit... 
Doing a review of actions older than 3 months - and one came up, however it's actually only been with the person for a short period of time. The issue is with the person it was originally sat with ....
<email extract>....This one is fine to stay open, the stakeholder was sent to PTS initially in April and they’ve only recently approved. It was then sent to Felicity on 17/08 but the due date hasn’t updated from April.
