Adding 'snip its' to comments

It would be really useful to be able to include 'snip its' in comments. With the ability to add it straight in.

It would save you having to create a separate document - save it - add as an attachment - and then link to it from a comment.

An enhancement we're planning to make to our Canvas, is to pin files to it (and have those files land in the Attachments section). This enables users to pin a specific attachment, to a precise point in the canvas.

Beyond that, what did you have in mind as 'Snip its', exactly?
