Enable users to invite external collaborators as Guest users directly from the Share menu of an asset, without leaving the asset context or managing workspace access separately.

Users with sufficient permissions (Owner, Admin, or members with Can manage/Can edit on the asset) can enter an email address in the Share menu, assign a permission level (View or Comment, capped at one level below their own), and invite the recipient as a Guest. The invited user is added to the workspace as a Guest (not a full member) and receives access only to the specific asset shared, with no access to Spaces, projects, collections, or Teams.
