Introduce a dedicated “Shared with me” area in the main navigation that gives internal users and guests continuous access to all assets and projects explicitly shared with them.

Today, access to shared private items relies on email links or bookmarks, creating uncertainty and friction. This feature ensures that every shared item automatically appears in a centralized list view, remains visible as long as access is active, and disappears immediately when access is revoked.

Each item clearly displays:

Access is explicit, item-scoped, and continuously permission-checked. Guests see only shared assets (no projects), while internal users see all shared assets and projects.

This feature enables predictable navigation, reduces reliance on email, improves collaboration confidence, and strengthens the auditability and security of shared access.
